How often should I use this product?

For optimal results use mask 2-3 times per week.

How do I apply this product?

Cleanse face to remove dirt and oil, rinse and pat dry. Scoop out product with the spatula provided. Massage mask evenly to face avoiding eye area. Leave on overnight. Wash face in the morning, apply SPF rated day cream. Check out our how to video on our home page.

Do I need to let it ‘dry’ or ‘rinse off’?

Our formula is designed so you do not have to wait for the mask to dry or rinse. Just apply it and go off to a restful sleep.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use this product?

Yes, our mask is formulated with sensitive skins in mind. However, we recommend patch testing 48 hours before use to rule out any allergic reaction to a specific ingredient in the formula. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Does this product treat acne?

Our product has powerful soothing, anti-inflammatory and balancing ingredients which can help with the appearance of aggravated and problematic skin. Incorporating our mask into your skincare routine may be helpful in making your skin look better, but our mask will not cure acne alone.

Where is the product made?

Peppy Co is an Australian owned company and our product is formulated and manufactured in Australia. Ingredients for our product are also sourced from Australia, in fact we use some of Australian native ingredients and they cannot be sourced anywhere but from Australia.

Is your product tested on animals?

Peppy Co products are not and will never be tested on animals. We are 100% cruelty free!

Does your product contain any animal components or by-products?

Can I use your product if pregnant?

Our formula is natural and does not contain any harmful chemicals that can harm you or your baby. However, we do recommend seeking your doctors advice if unsure. The full list of ingredients is listed above.

I have eczema / rosacea. Can I still use the mask?

Our mask does not contain any ingredients that might trigger eczema or rosacea, in fact it contains ingredients that can help with the treatment of it, such as native Australian old man’s weed, zinc oxide, calendula and chamomile. However, as everybody is different we suggest that you check with your doctor if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients and if this will be an adequate skincare product for you.

How All-in-One Sleeping Mask smells like?

All-in-One Sleeping Mask does not use any artificial fragrances, our smell is derived from a subtle scent of lavender and orange. Our formula is rich in natural ingredients which may also give their input in the overall smell. Whereas we do not smell like Chanel, we can reassure you that our lovely natural scent won’t cost your skin or our mother Earth.

What is the LED Light Therapy Mask?

Led Facial Mask uses colour light therapy (UV Free) in specific wavelengths to treat the skin for different skincare benefits. Our mask has 3 lights, blue, red, yellow

How many nanometers does the LED Light mask carry?

Our LED Light Mask carries different nanometers depending upon the light used; 

Blue Light = 460-470nm 

Red Light = 620-630nm 

Yellow Light = 580-590nm

Is the LED Light Mask TGA approved?

Yep! Our LED Light Mask is TGA approved under the classification of Medical Device 1. 

Is it safe?

Yes, LED light therapy is the only aesthetic device that has no contra-indications of any kind. LED lights are eco-friendly and clean light sources that virtually do not lead to any UVA or UVB radiations and is not a laser. It is suitable for all skin types, colours and conditions.

Does it hurt?

No, LED light therapy is non-invasive, and is painless when used as intended.

Do I need to wear eye protection?

The LED light therapy mask comes with eye wear installed in the device. The light can be bright, therefore we recommend that you always close your eyes during each treatment and relax.

How often do I need to use it?

For best results, use each setting of your LED Mask at least 3 times a week for the first 12 weeks (or until you're happy with your results). After that, top up your glow by taking 10 minutes for some LED time once or twice a week to maintain results.

Is it safe to use LED light therapy while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant or nursing women, please consult with your health care professional before use. There has not been enough research about the safety of LED Light therapy for pregnant or nursing women.

Who should not use the LED Light Therapy Mask?

DO NOT USE the LED Light Therapy Mask if you have epilepsy and are allergic to lights. If you have thyroid disease there is some research that indicates that the LED light actually has a positive effect on the functions of thyroid. This means that it could affect the dosage of your medication needed and this is why we advise not to use it.

If you are suffering from migraines or use steroids medications you should not use the LED Mask.

If you are unsure, we suggest you consult with your health care professional before use.

Cleansing Egg
How should I use my Cleansing Egg?

Give your face a splash and wet the cleansing egg. Squeeze cleanser onto the egg  and turn that baby on. Rub the egg in small, gentle circular motions across your face for a deep cleanse, then rinse!

What is the difference between a Cleansing Egg and a sonic brush-based cleansing device?

Our cleansing egg is a far gentler alternative for deep cleansing your face! Our egg has silicon bristles which are super soft on the skin, so they won’t cause microtears on your skin's surface (which can occur with brush-based sonic devices!).

What is the difference between the bristles on the front of the egg and the back?

The front of our cleansing egg offers softer, slimmer silicone bristles for a softer, daily cleanse. Turn the egg around and you'll find thicker silicone bristles for light exfoliation and a deeper cleanse that you can use to dislodge a full face of glam!

How should I use the cleanser?

For a glow on the go, use our gentle cleanser morning and night! You only need a small amount to work into a lather, and massage gently onto damp skin. Give your face a rince, pat yourself dry and apply your fave moisturiser.  For best results, use with our sonic cleaning egg!

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase for a speedy replacement. Please note, that returns must be unopened and in the original packaging.
